Pepper chicken recipe - In this video we will see how to make pepper chicken in white gravy. Pepper chicken is one of the most loved chicken dish for all spice lovers. It is also called chicken kali mirch, it is prepared in pepper gravy which gives a distinct aroma and taste. This can be served with roti, parotha and naan.

Let's have a look at the ingredients for Pepper Chicken:
- 200 Grams boneless chicken
- 1 Sliced onion
- Few curry leaves
- 1 Green chilli
- 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
For Gravy
- 1/2 coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp corn flour
- 1 Cup water
Preparation:
- Heat oil in pan at low flame.
- Add green chilli and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add sliced onion and saute till translucent.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add chicken, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Once chickcen is cooked add coconut milk and mix.
- Add salt and black pepper powder.
- To thicken the gravy add corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup of water.
- Once gravy is thicken, your pepper chicken is ready.
- Serve with roti, parotha and naan.
