Seafood salad with pepper and herbs Spanish recipe #2 西班牙海鮮沙拉



Seafood salad with pepper and herbs, a Spanish recipe with lots of olive oil and herbs. I have to say that I completely fell in love with Mediterranean cuisines. Who wouldn't? It's the freshness, the bright and bold colour. It's so light and appetizing, perfect for summer.

If you don't bother to clean up the prawns and squids yourself, there are ready to eat ones available in supermarkets. You can choose any kind of herbs you like, but I find Estragon goes great with seafood.

The use of orange and lemon juice in this recipe is probably one of the best things for a seafood salad.

Ingredients:3-4 portions

5cm long leek
salt
1 red pepper
1 red chili
1 orange
1 lemon/2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp olive oil
300g tiger prawns
300g squids
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp herbs (chive, Estragon, coriander, dill, celery)
