Cheesy Bell Pepper Rice Recipe -
Ingredients -
2 tblsps olive oil
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 cup onion slice
1/2 cup tomato puree
2 tsps red chilly paste
1 cup three coloured bell peppers (chopped legthwise)
1 salt (or as per taste)
1/2 tsp chilly flakes
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
1 cup basmati rice (cook it and add it completely)
1 1/2 cube cheese
oregano and chilly flakes for sprinkling.
Method -
1) Heat oil and add garlic and ginger paste and sauté lightly. Add onion slice and sauté it lightly. Add tomato puree and red chilly paste and sauté till the oil separates.
2) Add three coloured bell peppers, salt, chilly flakes, white pepper powder, oregano and mix well.
3) Add cooked rice and grate 1 cube cheese and mix.
4) Remove it in a serving bowl and grate the remaining cheese and sprinkle oregano and chilly flakes.
