Ingredients:
500 gms boneless chicken (cut into thin slices)
2 stalks spring onion (chopped)
2 tsp black pepper powder freshly ground
2 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
3 dry red chilies (cut up)
2 tbsp salty soya sauce
1/2 tsp ajino moto
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp oil
Method:
Heat wok and add 1 1/2 tbs oil and fry the chicken till it changes colour to white.Add the ginger,garlic paste and fry till fragrant about 1 minute.Now add the red chilies and fry as well.Add the pepper,ajino moto,and stir them into the chicken.We will fry the chicken for about 8 minutes till it is cooked.While stirring the chicken add the oyster sauce,soya sauce & the vinegar and mix it with the chicken.Turn. off the flame and add the spring onions.Dish it out and serve hot with rice or noodles.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Serves: 2-3 persons.
