Until next time, have a awesome day and love one another.
For the recipe
Muhamarra
Ingredients:
1 Jar (500g) Roasted red peppers
1 Cup Walnuts
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 cup plain bread crumb
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. pomegranate molasses
1 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. chili flakes (opt)
1/2 cup Olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
In the bowl of the food processor, put garlic and chop for one sec. Add walnuts and chop for a sec as well. Add your drained roasted red peppers and let it blend for few seconds until everything is smooth. Add the lemon juice, the bread crumbs, the cumin, the chilli flakes, and the pomegranate molasses. Give it a good mix, scraping the sides of the mixer bowl few times. Lastly will add the olive oil, I like to do that while the machine is running and pour it from the top slowly.
Let it mix for another min or so and there u have it, beautiful roasted pepper dip, that u can enjoy with pitta bread, toast, crackers, along side your bbq meat, however u want to eat it.
U can decorate the finish product with walnuts on top if you have guest coming over, u will definitely impress them.
Hope u give this recipe a try. Thank u for watching and have a lovely day
