Red Pepper Soup 2 day Diet cheekyricho low carb vegan recipe ep.1,175



Red Pepper Vegan Soup 2 Day diet recipe. This diet really works, Richo has lost 6kgs now in a fortnight. If you want to lose a bit of weight, never feel hungry and still eat delicious food, this diet just may be your answer.
INGREDIENTS:
4 red peppers or red capsicum
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic or go a bit crazy here if you want
1 litre vegetable stock
400g can drained and rinsed cannelloni beans
or 150g dried beans soaked overnight
serve with Granary Bread, Hommus and a sprinkle of spring onions or parsley for garnish.
