Appetizers & Omelettes with bell peppers



Appetizers and omelette using colored bell peppers, with Garlic and Oregano dressing.

Preparation time 30 min
Ingredients:

• 4 different colored bell peppers, Sliced thinly
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 300 ml Little Garden Garlic and Oregano dressing.
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

Preparation:
• Slice all bell peppers and onion in a pan
• Add 300 ml Little Garden Garlic and Oregano dressing.
• Add 1 tablespoon salt and 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
• Preheat the oven to 450 F
• Cook bell peppers for half an hour stirring occasionally.
• Remove the pan from the oven to cool

How to use the cooked colored bell peppers in different recipes

Appetizer: Serving 1
In a small dish place,
• Cooked or marinated colored bell peppers
• Decorate with any of the following ingredients:
• Olives or marinated mushrooms or asparagus or walnuts

Omelette: Serving 1
• Heat the already cooked bell peppers in a pan
• Beat two eggs and add on top of bell peppers
• Plate when eggs are cooked
