Recently I had this starter in Anjappar restaurant. So wanted to make this at home.[ I got the taste[ 90%] like that of restaurant I think the reason for balance 10% is bcoz I have not used AJINOMOTTO which is used in all restaurants].This is a delicious starter. This recipe takes only few mns of cooking and the flavour of baby corn salt n pepper is tempting and you will enjoy the each bite of this.Hope all will like.
Tips:
we have to use tender baby corns for this recipe.
Half. cook the baby corns in boiling water.
Fry baby corns in really hot oil.
Serve hot.
