Capsicum Rice Recipe in Telugu || Bell Pepper Bath Recipe || Lunch Box Recipes



Packing lunch is one of the hardest job. What to make is always a big question..
Here we have the quick and easy rice dish Capsicum Bath using the vangibath powder.
If you have left over rice this rice can be prepared in 10 to 15 min.

Ingredients:

Boiled Rice - 2 cups
Capsicum - 250 gms
Vangi bath powder - 3 - 4 tsp
salt
- to taste
Oil - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Jagiri - small pesce
Dry Red chilli - 1 nos
Tamarind - lemon size
