Ann’s Grab and Go Bowl
-1 Cup of Frosted Mini Wheats
-1 Handful of Fresh Strawberries
-1 Tbsp Dried Blueberries
-1 Tbsp of Mixed Nuts
Dry mix it, and eat as is on the go!
Peanut Butter Cup Bowl
-1 Cup Kellogg’s Corn Flakes
-1 Tbsp Semi Sweet Chocolate Bits
-1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder
-1 Cup Milk or Milk alternative
Super yummy!
Hawaiian Sunrise Bowl
-1 Cup Kellogg’s Corn Flakes
-1 Tbsp Dried Pineapples
-1 Tsp Dried/Shredded Coconut Bits
-1 Cup Milk or Milk alternative
