Cold brew is super strong with caffeine, so I like to mix 50% cold brew with 50% almond milk. YUM. Vegan, tasty, not too sweet and low in calories! The most unhealthy part of traditional hot coffee is all the creamer and sugar you need to add to counteract the burnt bitter coffee taste. Less creamer and sugar = less extra calories that sit in your tummy! DAT FLAVOR THO.
Cold brew is also healthy for you! It is packed with great anti oxidants, has less acid then hot brew, and the caffeine content is perfect to kick start your metabolism!
