Mushroom Spicy Pepper Gravy | Restaurant Style Curry | Recipe In Tamil | Gowri Samayalarai



This is a restaurant style gravy with a different touch, by adding small onions, green chilly, pepper.. Makes this gravy more spicy and aromatic.

Ingredients

Mushroom - 200 gm

Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Salt, butter, oil

To grind

Big onion - 1

Small onions - 10

Tomato - 2

Green chilly - 2

Ginger, garlic paste - 1 tsp

Jeera - 1 tsp

Coriander leaves - 1 cup

Steps

In 2 tsp of oil fry onions for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, green chilly, ginger, garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes, add Jeera, switch off and add Coriander leaves. Let it cool. Add little Wat and grind it to a smooth paste.

In 2 tsp of butter fry Mushroom for 3 minutes. Add grinded paste, all powders, except garam masala.

Add little Water, salt, close and cook for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, and cook in low flame for 2 minutes. Switch off and add a tsp of butter.
